The summer is here so let's get you in shape asap with this 20 minute full body workout routine. Each exercise takes 30 sec to complete. Get a 10 sec rest before moving on to the next workout. Complete the set of 6 exercises, and repeat again 4 more times for a total of 5 times or 20 minutes. Here are the exercises
